All rooms have cable-TV, direct-dial phones, ISDN-connectivity, bathroom amenities and a work desk.

Bathrooms are equipped with a shower or a bathtub and hairdryer. Travel utensils can be picked up at the reception.

The house is equipped with an underground parking area and a lift.
